Brothers Bloom

I thought I should start with the first and still my favorite script that I have read. Director/Writer Rian Johnson outdid himself with this crazily brilliant script. This is only his second movie and is set for release in late October. If you havent seen his first film Brick, then I strongly suggest you hire or buy this also great movie. The movie is about two brothers who have always been brilliant at coning people with elaborate scams. After many years of success Bloom eventually decides to leave this world behind. Sick of always acting and unsure of his own personality he leaves the con world behind. After the passing of a few years Stephen, his brother, lures him back in to do one last con on rich, beautiful and slightly crazy Penelope. Mayhem insues as the brothers treck across Europe carrying out their brilliant con, with twist after twist adding to the excitement. It really is a great script, Johnson has a great writing style which always keeps you entertained and the story is quite simply amazing. With plenty of Comedy and Adventure, this is destined to be a classic.
